Founder Melva Dawkins brings over 12 years of managerial and recruitment expertise to give job hunters new and exciting opportunities, while providing client employers with skilled, highly qualified staff to fit their individualised needs.

Our Staff

All of our recruitment consultants are fully trained to cover all areas of staffing. Our team is committed to ongoing learning and to ensure the ability to adapt and respond to our client’s specific requirements with flexibility and innovation. We use the most up-to-date methods to seek out qualified new talent, advertise open positions for our clients, and test and train all candidates for proper placement and referral. FairMel staff is trained to expertly administer and analyse PreVisor® talent testing in order to make the best match between candidate and employer. Our consultants are required to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all Employment Legislation in order to comply with all laws and regulations and keep clients advised of important changes and requirements.

Our Candidates

FairMel candidates are regularly tested on our PreVisor® system – a unique, comprehensive, computerised skill evaluation and enhancement system available to office sector personnel. This enables us to absolutely meet your skill criteria set for all of your temporary or permanent positions.

At FairMel, we don’t stop there. We use comprehensive training programmes through GetAhead and Adult Learning – Ealing to make sure our candidates possess and maintain the most relevant and up-to-date skills sets on the market.
