We recognise the benefit of cost control, which is why there is no charge for services until the right person has been successfully appointed to your company. We also offer a service guarantee scheme should your chosen candidate not prove a suitable match at any time during the first ten weeks.
Our wide selection of experienced temporaries can be assigned at very short notice, for long and short-term assignments. Temporary staff are screened by the same thorough process as permanent candidates. Should a temporary prove unsuitable within four hours of commencement of work, there will be no charge and a replacement will be supplied. We specialise in providing teams of temporary staff to clear backlogs of work and cover workload peaks. Many temporaries are available for permanent employment, giving you the opportunity to experience the applicant’s suitability for job vacancies first hand.
